Bokanyi Consulting is now a certified reseller of SAPs SuccessFactors cloud-based Human Capital Management System. SuccessFactors has 20 million subscribers, over 3,600 customers in 168 countries with 35 languages and 60 industry verticals.
Modules include Core HR, performance and goals, compensation, recruiting, learning management, succession and development, workforce planning, workforce analytics, collaboration and social learning. Most importantly, modules can be acquired and implemented in any order. Nor are customers required to implement certain modules as prerequisites.
