Kellton collaborated with LIC to conceptualize and build a comprehensive Human Resource Management System (HRMS) — addressing the need to unify and digitize HR operations across one of India's largest and most distributed workforces, while meeting complex compliance and localization requirements across regional operations.

Kellton delivered an HRMS combining design, development, and implementation expertise to streamline HR processes and enable end-to-end employee lifecycle management for LIC. The solution digitized key workflows such as onboarding, shift scheduling, leave, transfers, and appraisals, while ensuring compliance and localization across India.
