Pavan brings over 22 years of global experience in technology leadership, engineering excellence, and enterprise-scale transformation. He has driven major digital programs for leading financial institutions, including American Express, Barclays, and BNY Mellon.

With deep expertise across Data, AI/ML, GenAI, Cloud Data Platforms, Digital Engineering, and MarTech/AdTech, Pavan has been instrumental in enabling organizations to modernize their technology landscapes and accelerate digital growth. His strength lies in architecting scalable platforms and delivering high-impact transformation initiatives.

Known for his consultative leadership and outcome-oriented execution, Pavan operates at the intersection of strategy and delivery. He has led global teams and shaped enterprise technology roadmaps that support long-term innovation and growth.

Pavan Attended K.L. College of Engineering (Nagarjuna University/KLU) and Rochester Institute of Technology, and is currently pursuing the Chief AI Officer Program at Chicago Booth Executive Education. Based in Princeton, New Jersey, he enjoys biking, hiking, and playing pickleball. Pavan also plays an active board role in non-profit organizations dedicated to promoting education for underprivileged communities and giving back to society.
