New Delhi, India (June 2026): Kellton has been awarded the BW PEOPLE TECH.FUTURE 2026 Gold Award for Best HR Tech Implementation (HRMS) for successfully delivering the Government of Karnataka's flagship HRMS2 program, one of India's largest public-sector workforce modernization initiatives.
The recognition celebrates our work in helping transform workforce administration for more than 5.2 lakh Government of Karnataka employees through a unified digital HR ecosystem. For us, this achievement represents more than a technology implementation—it reflects the opportunity to support a large-scale modernization effort that impacts how critical public services are governed and delivered.
Designed to streamline and modernize HR operations across government departments, HRMS2 brings employee records, service history, payroll-related processes, and workforce management onto a single platform. The implementation integrates more than 300 systems across treasury, finance, pension, and departmental functions, creating a connected foundation for efficient workforce governance and decision-making.
Beyond the technology itself, the program required close collaboration with stakeholders across departments, extensive training and change management initiatives, and a phased rollout approach to ensure smooth adoption at scale. Together, these efforts helped move critical HR processes away from fragmented, paper-based systems toward a more transparent, accessible, and digitally enabled future.
