Michal is a senior technology leader with a total IT industry exp of 21 years. He started working at Kellton as a Devops engineer since 2016 and moved the way up to Director of Devops and QA and presently is working as a Senior Director- EU Practice Leader. His job involves staying on top of EU practice branch, overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals; executing practice and delivery strategies to achieve short and long-term goals. Previous to the present role at kellton, he was overseeing devops and qa departments; focusing more on business tasks for these departments and overall company management; and active participation in sales and financial aspects of the projects. He also acted as a mentor for managers.

Prior to Kellton also, he has an impressive industry experience of working as a senior unix administrator and team leader at Ecconnect (Australia), senior IT specialist and team leader at IBM, and system engineer at Voipswitch. Regarding education, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania "COPERNICUS"​, Poland. Besides that, he is certified in technologies such as kuberentes and redhat technologies. When he is not at work, he likes to spending quality and active time with family; improvements around the house and traveling.
