Ajay Achuthan is working as a Director of Engineering at Kellton, based in Victoria, British Columbia. Canada.  He is responsible for supporting kellton’s anchor customers on Technical Architecture, Solution Design, and Development and also has a lead role in scaling the organization’s Enterprise business. He has been in IT services for 25 years. He carries extensive expertise in enterprise digital transformation initiatives, legacy systems modernization, and CRM implementations. 

Previous to Kellton, he has mostly worked as an independent consultant with clientele that included PwC, IBM, Fujitsu and various Government Agencies. He has a Bachelor’s in Technology in Computer science engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology and also a Master’s in Business Administration  (MBA) from the University of Alberta, Canada. Apart from work, he is passionate about Chennai Superkings, Lionel Messi, whom he considers as GOAT, Dallas Mavericks, fitness, hiking, and a three-month-old Labsky - Mika.
